(WO) — Rosenxt Holding USA LLC has acquired Houston-based Zupt LLC, expanding its portfolio of subsea inspection, metrology and offshore engineering technologies for the global offshore energy sector.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2005, Zupt specializes in subsea metrology, advanced 3D subsea inspection, offshore survey engineering and installation monitoring. The company’s technologies support offshore construction, inspection and asset integrity programs throughout the lifecycle of subsea infrastructure.
Rosenxt said the acquisition strengthens its ability to deliver integrated subsea solutions spanning engineering, installation, inspection, monitoring and long-term asset integrity. Zupt’s capabilities complement the company’s existing subsea technology portfolio following its acquisitions of Beam in 2025 and K.U.M. Umwelt- und Meerestechnik Kiel GmbH earlier this year.
“This acquisition supports our strategy of providing customers with integrated Advanced Technological Service solutions that combine robotics, sensing, engineering expertise and intelligent data provisions,” said Chris Yoxall, CEO Realization at Rosenxt. “Customers increasingly need connected solutions rather than individual technologies.”
According to Rosenxt, the acquisition also expands its engineering capabilities and operational footprint in North America while strengthening its position in subsea positioning, machine-vision inspection and offshore engineering services.
The transaction closed with immediate effect.
