Skyways Air Services IPO review
10] Should you subscribe to Skyways Air Services IPO: Swastika Investmart has assigned a ‘subscribe’ tag to the public issue, saying, “The company has maintained the No. 1 position in air freight forwarding by AWB generation for the past four calendar years. Thin PAT margins (~2.26% in FY26) mean net profitability is sensitive to air cargo rate fluctuations, jet fuel surcharges, and international trade volume shifts. Allocating ₹216.79 crore of fresh proceeds toward debt reduction will directly lower interest burdens, driving margin expansion in FY27–FY28. The issue is primarily for long-term investors looking to play the structural expansion of Indian air cargo exports and supply-chain infrastructure.”
Ventura Securities has also assigned an ‘apply’ tag to the public issue, saying, “Skyways follows an asset-light logistics model supported by freight forwarding capabilities, warehousing infrastructure and technology-enabled supply chain solutions. Financially, revenue increased from ₹1,289.11 crore in FY24 to ₹2,812.89 crore in FY26, implying a revenue CAGR of 47.7%. EBITDA increased from ₹49.5 crore to ₹128.7 crore, while PAT increased from ₹31.3 crore to ₹41 crore during the same period. EBITDA margin improved from 3.8% in FY24 to 4.6% in FY26.”
