Shankesh Jewellers IPO is all set to make its stock market debut on Tuesday, 25 August. The shares of Shankesh Jewellers will be listed on both exchanges – BSE and NSE.
The allotment of Shankesh Jewellers IPO was finalised on Friday, 21 August. The issue opened for subscription on 18 August and closed on 20 August.
Shankesh Jewellers IPO GMP today
The Shankesh Jewellers IPO is currently commanding a GMP of ₹2 per share, representing an upside of around 2.15% over the upper price band of ₹93.
Based on the prevailing GMP, the shares are estimated to list at approximately ₹95 apiece, translating into a potential gain of about ₹2 per share.
However, investors should note that the GMP is an unofficial indicator and is subject to considerable fluctuations ahead of the listing. Therefore, investment decisions should not be based solely on grey market trends.
Shankesh Jewellers IPO details
The ₹367.18-crore public issue comprises a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale (OFS). The fresh issue includes 2.95 crore equity shares aggregating to ₹274.18 crore, while the OFS consists of 1 crore shares worth ₹93 crore.
The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹88– ₹93 per share, with investors required to bid for a minimum lot of 160 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors will have to invest at least ₹14,880 to purchase one lot.
The basis of allotment is likely to be finalised on August 21, 2026. Shankesh Jewellers shares are expected to debut on the NSE and BSE on August 25, 2026.
Aryaman Financial Services Ltd. is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while Kfin Technologies Ltd. has been appointed as the registrar.
Shankesh Jewellers Limited plans to use the net proceeds from the issue to improve its financial position and support its business requirements. Of the total proceeds, ₹158 crore will be allocated towards the repayment or pre-payment of certain outstanding borrowings, either fully or partially. The move is expected to lower the company’s debt burden and further strengthen its balance sheet.
Established in 2005, Shankesh Jewellers Limited is involved in the manufacturing and supply of customised handcrafted gold jewellery. The company specialises in 22-karat and 18-karat gold jewellery, offering an extensive range of products such as bangles, bridal jewellery, chokers, jhumkas, necklace sets, mangalsutras, rings and combination sets. Its portfolio spans various designs and categories, including antique, semi-antique, Calcutta, temple, gheru polish, yellow gold, rhodium and rose gold jewellery.
The company reported a robust financial performance in FY26, with its total income increasing by 16% year-on-year to ₹1,630.93 crore from ₹1,403.94 crore in FY25. The growth indicates an expansion in its business operations and sustained momentum in revenue generation.
