San Francisco 49ers ownerJedYorkwas arrested over the weekend in Ohio on two misdemeanor charges, multiple news outlets reported.
York, 46, was arrested on Sunday in East Palestine on counts of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools, WKBN reported.
On Monday morning,Yorkpleaded no contest to both charges and was sentenced to one day in the Columbiana County Jail on each count, to be served concurrently with credit for time served, and fined $1,150, according to court records obtained by USA Today and WKBN.

York, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, has been CEO of the 49ers since December 2008 and the team’s principal owner since 2024.
TMZ and the NewYorkPost reported that prosecutors reducedYork’s original charge of engaging in prostitution to misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
