Sunshine Pictures IPO listing prediction
Mahesh M. Ojha, Vice President of Research & Business Development at Kantilal Chhaganlal Securities Pvt Ltd, said Sunshine Pictures is well-positioned for growth, supported by a visible content pipeline through CY29, established studio relationships, and an asset-light, project-based operating model.
“The company’s mix of sole productions and selective co-productions enables efficient capital allocation while balancing intellectual property ownership and execution risks. At the upper price band of ₹360, Sunshine Pictures is valued at 27.5 times its FY26 earnings, based on a post-dilution EPS of ₹12.85,” Ojha said.
“With a diversified content slate across films, digital originals and music, along with disciplined project selection and strong operating leverage, we see scope for sustained growth and profitability,” he added.
Ojha expects the stock to list at a premium of around 15–18%. He advised investors who were allotted to consider booking partial profits, while long-term investors may continue to hold the stock.
