Adani Energy Solutions Q1 results 2026: Adani Energy Solutions posted its earnings for the quarter ended June 2026 on Tuesday, July 21, during market hours. The Adani Group stock reported a 124.22% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹1,149 crore for the April-June quarter (Q1 FY27), compared with ₹512.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Its revenue from operations rose 42.41% year-on-year to ₹9,711.08 crore during the quarter, up from ₹6,819.28 crore in the year-ago period.
On a sequential basis, Adani Energy Solutions’ revenue from operations increased from ₹7,443 crore reported in the March quarter, while profit after tax rose from ₹723 crore.
TVS Motor also posted a record EBITDA of ₹1,779 crore, marking a 41% year-on-year increase from ₹1,260 crore. Its EBITDA margin improved by 30 basis points to 12.8%, compared with 12.5% in the year-ago period.
The company’s total expenses climbed to ₹8,440 crore during the June quarter from ₹5,864 crore in the corresponding period last year, primarily due to higher power purchase costs and increased construction expenses related to service concession arrangements.
Power purchase costs more than doubled to ₹3,561 crore from ₹1,724 crore a year ago. Construction expenses under service concession arrangements rose to ₹2,138 crore from ₹1,742 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Finance costs increased to ₹1,152 crore from ₹894 crore, while depreciation and amortisation expenses rose to ₹585 crore from ₹465 crore. Employee benefit expenses remained broadly stable at ₹228 crore, compared with ₹231 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Other expenses increased to ₹709 crore from ₹616 crore, while tax expense for the quarter rose to ₹156 crore from ₹117 crore.
Segment-wise performance
Adani Energy Solutions’ transmission, distribution and smart meter businesses posted healthy growth during the quarter.
Revenue from the transmission business increased to ₹3,335 crore in the June quarter from ₹2,188 crore a year earlier, while segment profit before interest and tax rose to ₹1,327 crore from ₹927 crore.
The distribution business reported revenue of ₹3,520 crore, compared with ₹3,360 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Segment profit increased to ₹357 crore from ₹303 crore.
The smart meter business continued to deliver robust growth, with revenue surging to ₹347 crore from ₹112 crore in the year-ago period. Segment profit also jumped to ₹153 crore, up from ₹47 crore a year earlier.
Adani Energy share performance
The stock rose as much as 3.4% to its 52-week high of ₹1,789.00 per share on BSE post the Q1 results. It had hit its 52-week low of ₹745.45 in September 2025.
