ESDS Software Solution IPO price band: The ESDS Software Solution Limited IPO price band has been fixed in the range of ₹408 to ₹429 per equity share of the face value of Re 1. The ESDS Software Solution IPO date of subscription is scheduled for Friday, 28 August and will close on Tuesday, 1 September. The allocation to anchor investors for the ESDS Software Solution IPO is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 27 August.
The ESDS Software Solution IPO lot size is 34 equity shares and in multiples of 34 equity shares thereafter.
ESDS Software Solution IPO has reserved not more than 50% of the shares in the public issue for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), not less than 15% for non-institutional Institutional Investors (NII), and not less than 35% of the offer is reserved for retail investors.
Tentatively, ESDS Software Solution IPO basis of allotment of shares will be finalised on Wednesday, 2 September and the company will initiate refunds on Thursday, 3 September, while the shares will be credited to the demat account of allottees on the same day following refund. ESDS Software Solution share price is likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on Friday, 4 September.
ESDS Software Solution IPO details
Maharashtra-based enterprise cloud and AI ecosystem provider ESDS Software Solution, backed by marquee investors Ashish Kacholia and Mukul Agrawal, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO), which comprises entirely a fresh issue. As a result, the company will receive the entire proceeds from the offer.
The IPO size has been increased from the ₹600 crore proposed earlier, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filed by the Nashik-based cloud infrastructure and software solutions provider in March 2025. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approved the draft document in December 2025.
ESDS Software Solution plans to utilise ₹576 crore of the net IPO proceeds towards the purchase and installation of cloud computing equipment and other infrastructure for its data centres during FY27 and FY28. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The company’s promoters, including Piyush Prakashchandra Somani and others, hold a 46.06% stake in ESDS, while public shareholders own 52.65%. Among the public shareholders are Mukul Mahavir Agrawal, who holds a 6.99% stake; Ashish Kacholia, with a 2.39% stake; and Anchorage Capital Fund, with a 1.32% stake.
DAM Capital Advisors and Systematix Corporate Services have been appointed as the book-running lead managers for the ESDS Software Solution IPO, while MUFG Intime India is the registrar to the issue.
