(WO) – The Energy Workforce & Technology Council (EWTC) has appointed two industry executives to its advisory board, adding operational and supply chain expertise from across the oilfield services and manufacturing sectors.
Kyle Chapman, executive vice president of global operations at Levare, and Daniel Watson, chief development officer at Steel Alloys & Services, will provide strategic guidance to the council on industry trends, market dynamics and policy priorities affecting the energy services sector.
Chapman brings more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas service industry. He previously served as president of Levare U.S. and held senior leadership roles at Weatherford International, including president of production and vice president of Western Hemisphere operations. He has also served on the EWTC board in a prior capacity and currently sits on the executive advisory board for the Bob L. Herd Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas Tech University.

He previously served as president of Energy Alloys Global Solutions, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including overseeing operations across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and North America.
EWTC said its advisory board is composed of senior executives from leading energy services and technology companies who provide counsel on industry competitiveness, domestic production policy and long-term workforce and manufacturing priorities.
