(WO) – INNIO Group has signed a definitive agreement with Enerflex Ltd. to acquire Enerflex’s aftermarket business operations in Australia, Thailand and Indonesia, expanding INNIO’s oil and gas service footprint in the Asia-Pacific region.
The transaction, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions, is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
The Enerflex APAC aftermarket business operates across eight locations in three countries and supports a large installed base of equipment under long-term service agreements with major oil and gas customers. The acquisition strengthens INNIO’s regional service capabilities and enhances its proximity to upstream and midstream operators in key Asia-Pacific markets.
INNIO said the deal aligns with its strategy to grow its service portfolio and expand its presence in APAC. The company supplies Waukesha gas engines used in distributed gas compression and power generation applications, serving oil and gas production, processing and infrastructure operations.
The acquisition builds on INNIO’s recent regional expansion efforts, including its 2024 acquisition of Souer in Thailand, and is expected to provide a broader service platform to support installed compression and power assets across the region.
