THREE60 Energy, Innovair and Oil States have formed a strategic alliance to deliver integrated caisson integrity management services for offshore oil and gas assets, targeting aging infrastructure across global basins.
Andrew Mitchell, Sales Account Manager Oil States, Stuart Lawson, Solutions Director Innovair and Alasdair Smith, Managing Director EPCC at THREE60 Energy (L-R).
The collaboration combines inspection, engineering and repair capabilities to provide an end-to-end service covering assessment, remediation and ongoing integrity management of offshore caissons. The companies said the alliance is intended to streamline project delivery and support operators managing safety and compliance requirements on mature offshore installations.
Caisson integrity has become an increasing focus for operators as offshore assets age, particularly in regions such as the North Sea where extended field life and late-life operations present additional structural and maintenance challenges. The alliance will integrate Innovair’s inspection and sensing technologies, THREE60 Energy’s engineering and project delivery capabilities and Oil States’ experience in repair, refurbishment and installation.
The companies have already worked together on an integrated inspection-to-repair project for a North Sea operator, which helped establish the framework for the alliance. The combined offering will be available globally as either a standalone caisson integrity service or as part of broader engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) programs.
The partners said the integrated model is designed to provide operators with a single point of accountability for caisson inspection, engineering and remediation, supporting safer and more efficient maintenance of offshore infrastructure across the asset lifecycle.
