More than 600 companies will announce their earnings for the third quarter of FY26 (Q3FY26) on Friday, February 13. The corporate results calendar list on the BSE website shows a total of 669 companies are set to deliver their Q3 results today.
These companies include some major firms, such as Ola Electric Mobility, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Info Edge (India), Fortis Healthcare, NBCC (India), Indigo Paints, Kirloskar Industries, C.E. Info Systems, KFin Technologies, GMR Airports, Narayana Hrudayalaya, and others.
Additionally, Galaxy Surfactants, Reliance Communications, Kirloskar Industries, Zuari Industries, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (GMDC), Inox Green Energy Services, Inox Wind, BASF India, RHI Magnesita India, Shakti Pumps (India), Azad Engineering, Akums Drugs Pharmaceuticals, among others will also announce their Q3 results today.
Ola Electric Q3 Results Preview
Ola Electric Mobility is expected to report a 54% year-on-year (YoY) fall in Q3FY26 revenues to ₹480 crore driven by 58% YoY decline in volumes and 4% YoY increase in ASPs due to higher PLI accrual and higher mix of motorcycles, according to estimates by Kotak Institutional Equities.
The company’s EBITDA loss is expected to decline to ₹202 crore in Q3FY26 from EBITDA loss of ₹460 crore YoY. Net loss is estimated to fall to ₹422 crore from ₹564 crore, YoY, driven by lower provisions on a YoY basis, cost control measures, and higher mix of Gen-3 platforms, partly offset by negative operating leverage.
Inox Wind Q3 Results Preview
According to a report from Motilal Oswal Financial Services, revenue is expected to rise by 102% year-over-year and 64% quarter-over-quarter, supported by the execution of 300MW wind contracts and an expansion in the contracted capacity for the O&M sector. EBITDA is projected to grow by 62% year-over-year to approximately ₹330 crore, with the EBITDA margin anticipated to be around 18%.
Info Edge (India) Q3 Results Preview
Info Edge’s standalone business is expected to report revenue growth of 12.3% YoY, led by 11.3% YoY growth in Recruitment, while 99acres and Others (Jeevansathi + Shiksha) should grow 13.8% and 17.5% YoY, according to JM Financial. The company has already reported standalone billings growth of 11.8% YoY with Recruitment billings growing 11.0% YoY.
The brokerage firm forecasts EBITDA to expand 2.0% YoY, implying EBITDA margin of 39.2% versus 39.6% in Q2 and 43.1% in Q3FY25. PAT is expected to be broadly flat YoY.
