Reliance Q3 Results 2026 LIVE: Reliance Industries Ltd, the billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led energy-to-telecom conglomerate, announced its Q3 results today. The board of directors of Reliance Industries met today, 16 January 2026, to consider and approve the financial results for the third quarter of FY26.
RIL reported a modest growth in consolidated net profit during the December quarter, driven by growth in the oil-to-chemical (O2C) and telecom businesses.
Reliance Q3 Results
Reliance Industries reported a consolidated net profit of ₹22,290 crore in Q3FY26, rising 1.6% from ₹21,930 crore, in the year-ago quarter.
Consolidated revenue from operations increased 10.5% to ₹2,69,496 crore from ₹2,43,965 crore, YoY.
At the operational level, consolidated EBITDA rose 6.1% to ₹50,932 crore from ₹48,003 crore, YoY, while EBITDA margin declined by 70 bps to 17.3% from 18% YoY.
O2C Segment Q3 Results
Reliance Oil-To-Chemicals (O2C) segment revenue for Q3FY26 rose by 8.4% YoY to ₹1,62,095 crore ($18.0 billion). Production meant for sale increased by 1.7% on a YoY basis. O2C segment’s EBITDA improved 14.6% YoY to ₹16,507 crore ($1.8 billion), with 60 bps margin expansion to 10.2%.
Fuel retailing operations through Jio-bp expanded its network by 14% YoY to 2,125 outlets, driving volume growth of 24.7% for HSD and 20.8% for MS.
Reliance Jio Q3 Results
Reliance Jio net profit rises 11.2% to ₹7,629 crore from ₹6,861 crore, YoY. Revenue from operations in Q3 increased 12.7% to ₹37,262 crore from ₹33,074 crore, YoY, driven by robust subscriber addition, ARPU growth and scale-up of digital services.
EBITDA grew 16.4% YoY to ₹19,303 crore, led by higher revenue and margin improvement, while margin expanded 170 bps YoY to 51.8%, driven by higher ARPU and operating leverage. ARPU increased to ₹213.7 from ₹211.4 QoQ, and from ₹203.3 YoY.
Reliance Retail Q3 Results
Reliance Retail business delivered steady performance during the December quarter with net profit rising 2.7% to ₹3,551 crore from ₹3,458 crore, YoY. Revenue from operations increased 9.2% to ₹86,951 crore from ₹79,595 crore, YoY. EBITDA from operations grew 2.1% to ₹6,770 crore from ₹6,632 crore, YoY, while EBITDA margin dropped by 60 bps to 8% from 8.6% YoY.
The business expanded its store network with 431 new store openings, taking the total store count to 19,979 with area under operation at 78.1 million sq. ft. The registered customer base grew to 378 million, making Reliance Retail one of the most preferred retailers in the country.
Reliance Oil & Gas Q3 Results
Reliance Oil & Gas business reported revenue of ₹5,833 crore, a drop of 8.4% from ₹6,370 crore, YoY, on account of lower volumes and price realisation for KGD6 gas and condensate. The average price realized for KGD6 gas was $9.65 per MMBTU in 3QFY26 vis-à-vis $9.74 per MMBTU in 3QFY25. The average price realised for CBM gas was $ 9.29 per MMBTU as against $10.58 per MMBTU YoY.
Segment EBITDA declined by 12.7% on YoY basis to ₹4,857 crore following lower revenues and higher operating cost due to maintenance activities. EBITDA margin dropped by 410 bps to 83.3% from 87.4% YoY.
Reliance share price ended flat on Friday ahead of the announcement of Q3 results today.
