On the other hand, Bharat Electronics, Sun Pharma, ONGC, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Hindalco managed to post gains. Sector-wise, metals stood out as the only bright spot, while Auto, Consumer Durables, and Oil & Gas declined around 2 percent each.
