(WO) — AquaTerra Group is reporting record demand for its offshore services across the North Sea, driven by decommissioning, late-life asset work and inspection, repair and maintenance projects.
The Aberdeenshire-based company said it is currently delivering more projects simultaneously than at any point in its history, with more than 150 personnel deployed offshore and over 200 equipment kits on hire.
Current work includes support for several North Sea decommissioning programs, marine integrity contracts and late-life inspection, repair and maintenance campaigns. AquaTerra is working with operators, Tier One contractors, heavy-lift companies and engineering partners across the region.
Demand has increased for services including rope access, underdeck access systems, fabric maintenance, conventional and advanced nondestructive testing (NDT), as well as specialist offshore personnel.
“We’re seeing the strongest levels of demand in the company’s history, with more projects running simultaneously than ever before and record numbers of personnel and equipment supporting our clients offshore,” said Stephen Taylor, managing director of AquaTerra Group.
Taylor said the company is continuing to expand its capabilities while collaborating with other service providers to meet growing customer requirements.
AquaTerra provides multidisciplinary construction, integrity and inspection, rigging and lifting, access and industrial services to the offshore energy sector.
