Here are Monday’s biggest calls on Wall Street: Morgan Stanley initiates Attovia Therapeutics as overweight Morgan Stanley said the biotech company has blockbuster potential. “We initiate coverage of Attovia Therapeutics with an Overweight rating and a $39 price target.” UBS upgrades Kaiser Aluminum to buy from neutral UBS said shares of the aluminum company are compelling. “We upgrade KALU to Buy with a $184 PT. Despite a strong 2Q26, shares are ~19% off Aug highs due to: 1) USMCA renegotiations; 2) CEO transition; & 3) scrap spread sustainability.” Roth initiates Ticketplus as buy Roth said the LatAm ticket company is attractive. “Ticketplus is the leading end-to-end technology solutions company for live events in the fast-growing, highly fragmented Latin American market.” Baird upgrades Deere to outperform from neutral Baird said Deere has plenty of upside ahead. “Deere provides the cleanest setup given high exposure to North America row crop equipment demand; this is the stock that ‘gets bought first’ when investors look for a fundamental inflection in Ag – in fairness, this explains the YTD stock performance; but we think there is more to come in 2027.” Read more. Jefferies reiterates Apple as underperform The firm said it sees “potential downside risk on iPhone vol and GM in the next few quarters.” “China price hikes may look much lower than JEFe, but we need to factor in the FX tailwind. Our latest industry checks indicate the price hikes to be announced in China (in Rmb) for iPhone 18P/PM would range from 8% to 15%. The headlines may seem lower than what we forecast for AAPL. However, bear in mind the Rmb has appreciated against the USD by ~6% YoY.” Evercore ISI initiates Lumentum as overweight Evercore said the company is well positioned for growth. “We are initiating coverage of Lumentum (LITE) with an Outperform rating and $1,100 target.” Bernstein reiterates SpaceX as outperform Bernstein says it likes the stock but that it’s direct-to-device mobile business is uncertain. “We continue to be optimistic about the overall SpaceX opportunity (launch, orbital data centers, Starlink broadband for consumers, enterprise, and government customers). This combination has led to our positive outlook for SpaceX stock. But, the one business that we have viewed as the most difficult is the direct-to-device mobile business.” Melius reiterates Nvidia as buy Melius said the stock may break out soon. “Ok, we’re being a little dramatic since Nvidia i s still up 17% YTD, but it is Nvidia – and we all have 2023-2025 fresh in our brains. The point is that there is good reason to think that Nvidia may break out for real this time despite a plethora of concerns around the ‘AI trade.'” Evercore ISI initiates Redcat as outperform Evercore said the drones company is firing on all cylinders. “We are initiating coverage on RCAT with an OP rating and $15 price target. Our bullish bias here is driven by the fact that RCAT is the only publicly listed drone manufacturer with a program of record, that has invested in Capex and Inventory and is sitting on a strong balance sheet to benefit from the growing $53.6B federal drone budget.” Needham initiates Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises as buy The firm said the energy tech company has a “repaired” balance sheet. “We initiate coverage of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises (BW) with a Buy rating and $20 price target Goldman Sachs initiates Braveheart Bio as buy Goldman said shares of the biotech company have more room to run. “We initiate coverage on Braveheart Bio (BRVE) with a Buy rating and 12-month price target of $48.” Bank of America reiterates Dell as buy The firm raised its price target to $505 per share from $500 on Dell ahead of earnings on Tuesday. “The key debate remains tied to confidence that F27 is not peak earnings, with AI server rev, ISS [industry standard serves] growth, storage attach and operating leverage all supporting a higher EPS base into F28.” Compass Point upgrades MidCap Financial Investment to buy from neutral Compass said shares of the specialty finance company are compelling. ” MFIC represents an increasingly attractive event-driven re-rating opportunity.” KBW initiates River City Bank as outperform KBW said in its initiation of River City that the CRE lender is a “a lean, mean, CRE machine.” “A Lean, Mean, CRE Machine.” JPMorgan reiterates Broadcom, Nvidia and Marvell as overweight JPMorgan named several stocks on Monday as key ways to play the “AI infrastructure buildout.” “Taken together, we continue to see AI as a durable multi-year driver of semiconductor demand, and we continue to view AVGO, NVDA , AMD, MRVL , MTSI, ALAB, MU, and SNDK as key beneficiaries of the ongoing AI infrastructure buildout.” Gordon Haskett reiterates Costco as buy The firm said it’s sticking with the stock. “In sum, while slowdowns in our data reads are partially attributable to the Labor Day weekend shift, the underlying momentum of the business appears to be steady despite continued macro uncertainty with Costco’s resilient higher-income cohort and best-in-class value proposition providing a higher level of insulation from consumer headwinds…” Argus upgrades Abercrombie & Fitch to buy from hold Argus said it sees momentum ahead for Abercrombie & Fitch. “We have been looking for signs of improved sales strength as an upgrade trigger, and those signs were evident in the latest quarter, as the top-line grew and margins widened.”
