Here are Tuesday’s biggest calls on Wall Street: Rosenblatt initiates Nokia as buy Rosenblatt said the company is a “powerhouse.” “Nokia’s Network Infrastructure segment is quietly becoming one of the best-positioned Optical assets in the AI buildout.” Guggenheim upgrades The New York Times Company to buy from neutral Guggenheim said shares are compelling. “We are upgrading shares of The New York Times Company to BUY (from NEUTRAL) with an $82 price target (up from $70) representing ~20% upside potential to yesterday’s close.” Bernstein upgrades Agilon to outperform from market perform Bernstein said the healthcare company’s turnaround is working. “We are upgrading AGL to Outperform and raising our target price to $125 (vs $86 earlier).” Jefferies initiates Janus Living as buy Jefferies said the senior housing company has a long runway for growth. “Janus Living offers the purest exposure in our coverage universe to attractive private-pay senior housing fundamentals…” Citizens upgrades Radian Logistics to market outperform from market perform Citizens said the logistics company is attractive. “We are raising our investment rating on Radiant Logistics from Market Perform to Market Outperform with a $10 price target.” Oppenheimer initiates Vishay Intertechnology as outperform Oppenheimer said the semis manufacturer has plenty of upside. “We are initiating on shares of VSH with an Outperform rating and a $42 PT, indicating 38% upside to 24.0X/17.5x our 2027/’28E EPS.” Guggenheim initiates Northrop Grumman as buy Guggenheim said the company has a unique offering. “As an established prime contractor, NOC possesses a breadth of capabilities that spans many domains, technologies, platforms, and importantly has the capability to not only deliver the exquisite system but also drop down into the low-cost and affordable arena.” Cantor Fitzgerald initiates Bentley Systems as overweight Cantor said Bentley shares have plenty more room to run. “BSY is deeply entrenched within the infrastructure sub-vertical, positioning it well to capture the multi-year upcycles in the mining/resources and electrical grid (downstream from data centers) end-markets.” Wells Fargo upgrades Ulta to equal weight from underweight Wells siad the company is “navigating industry headwinds better than expected.” “Upgrade to EW, raise EPS, PT to $525 fm $450.
