Horizon Industrial Parks IPO listing prediction
Mahesh M. Ojha, Vice President – Research and Business Development at Kantilal Chhaganlal Securities, said Horizon Industrial Parks, a Blackstone-backed industrial and logistics platform, is focused on Grade A+ fulfilment centres, industrial facilities and in-city logistics assets across key Indian markets.
“At a valuation of 2.15x–2.38x P/NAV, the company trades at a premium to listed REITs but at a significant discount to corporate real estate platforms such as Phoenix Mills. The valuation reflects a platform premium for its scale, strong sponsor backing and reinvestment-led growth model, with cash flows being redeployed towards land acquisition and portfolio expansion rather than immediate income distribution,” Ojha said.
He expects a modest listing gain of around 3%–5%. “Short-term investors may consider booking profits on listing, while long-term investors can continue to hold the stock,” he added.
“We are not expecting big gap up in the ipo. The Grey Market Premium (GMP) for the Horizon Industrial Parks IPO stands at approximately ₹2 to ₹3.40 per share. With the upper price band set at ₹60, the estimated listing price is around ₹62 to ₹63.40, reflecting a modest expected gain of about 3% to 5.7% ahead of its market debut on August 24, 2026,” said Anuj Gupta, a SEBI-registered market expert.
