(WO) — Kolibri Global Energy has completed fracture stimulation on three Clifton Mack wells in Oklahoma and is preparing to begin flowback as it advances a separate well targeting the False Caney bench for the first time.
Kolibri completed fracture stimulation and plug drillout operations on the Clifton Mack 11-14-1HR, 11-14-2HR and 11-14-3HR wells, in which it holds working interests ranging from approximately 97% to 99%. Flowback is expected to begin shortly, with early production rates anticipated within several weeks.
The company has also finished drilling the 1.2-mile lateral of the Lovina 8-5-1HF well, in which it holds a 99.9% working interest. Fracture stimulation is scheduled to begin early in the fourth quarter.
Lovina represents Kolibri’s first test of the False Caney bench. The company said successful development of the interval could establish additional drilling locations and potentially add reserves. The Lovina location was not included in Kolibri’s year-end 2025 reserve report.
“We are excited that the Clifton Mack wells will be coming online shortly and that we completed drilling the Lovina 8-5-1HF well, which is our first test of the False Caney bench,” said Wolf Regener, Kolibri CEO and president.
The Clifton Mack locations were classified as probable in the company’s Dec. 31, 2025, reserve report. Kolibri expects them to be converted to proved reserves in its next reserve report.
Kolibri said cash flow from new production could be directed toward debt reduction, shareholder returns and additional drilling. The company added that sustained higher oil prices could allow it to accelerate drilling beyond its previous schedule.
