Ray Dalio, founder of the investment firm Bridgewater Associates, and his wife Barbara have committed to seedTrump accounts, according to details on the program’s website.
In a section on additional support, the site reads: “Michael and Susan Dell, Ray and Barbara Dalio. More to come.”
Trump accounts, a kind of tax-advantaged savings account for children, were created under President Donald Trump‘s “big beautiful bill,” which Congress passed in July.
Earlier this month, the pilot program got a significant boost whenMichael Dell, founder and CEO ofDell Technologies, and his wife, Susan announced a$6.25 billion pledgeto help fund the new savings accountsfor children.
