What is driving the stock rally?
The stock has been on a strong uptrend lately, surging 87% over the past six months. Most of these gains have come in the last month, during which the stock has rallied 75%.
According to experts, a healthy jump in FY26 profits seems to have infused positive sentiment in the stock.
According to the company’s annual report, its consolidated profit in FY26 rose 142% year-on-year to ₹91.31 crore from ₹37.71 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations, however, declined 19% YoY to ₹344.75 crore in FY26 from ₹425.17 crore in FY25. During the year, the company reported an exceptional gain of ₹12.81 crore.
Consolidated earnings per share (EPS) rose to ₹4.54 in FY26 from ₹2.54 in FY25.
Meanwhile, on 19 September, the company announced its subsidiary, Fedders Electric and Engineering, had completed the construction of its premium commercial real estate project in Noida.
The total developable or leasable area of the completed project, ready for commercial leasing, was approximately 3,00,000 Sq. ft.
“We are pleased to inform the exchanges that the material subsidiary of the company, namely Fedders Electric and Engineering Limited, has successfully completed the construction of its premium commercial real estate project located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh,” the company’s exchange filing said.
The company said the completed project is expected to significantly enhance the operational footprint and strengthen its recurring rental revenue stream.
Fedders Holding shares tech view
According to Aditya Thukral, founder and analyst at AT Research and Risk Managers,
Fedders Holding is in a clear uptrend, with higher highs and higher lows forming.
The stock price appears to be trading within the marked rising channel, with support around ₹58 and resistance around ₹84.
Thukral believes this price acceleration is now making entry difficult for fresh longs.
However, he suggests longs should be patient and buy this stock near support. These kinds of moves don’t fizzle out easily, and any dip towards support areas would be a buying opportunity.
“Existing investors should watch out for the ₹84 level to book some profits around the resistance at ₹84. Any acceleration above it could take the stock further towards the ₹92 level. Fresh buying should only be executed near the ₹58 level,” said Thukral.
