Lumino Industries IPO listing prediction
Mahesh M. Ojha, Vice President – Research & Business Development at Kantilal Chhaganlal Securities Pvt. Ltd., said Lumino Industries has delivered a strong 20% revenue CAGR during FY24–FY26, supported by a robust order book of around ₹3,150 crore as of March 2026. This provides healthy revenue visibility across its EPC and manufacturing segments.
According to Ojha, the company operates an integrated power-sector platform spanning cables, conductors and EPC execution, backed by an annual manufacturing capacity of 40,000 MT across two facilities in Howrah. Ongoing capacity expansion is expected to further strengthen its product portfolio and expand its addressable market.
He noted that Lumino maintains a healthy operating profile, with an EBITDA margin of around 12%, ROCE of 24% and ROE of 22%, reflecting efficient execution, strong asset utilisation and disciplined capital deployment.
The company serves leading EPC and infrastructure players, including Kalpataru Projects, Jakson, Monte Carlo and K.G.N. Electricals, strengthening its position in India’s power transmission and distribution ecosystem.
Ojha further said that at 15.6x FY26 P/E and 11.1x EV/EBITDA, the IPO valuation appears attractive compared with listed peers, offering a favourable risk-reward profile despite relatively high working-capital intensity and exposure to government-led infrastructure projects.
For IPO allottees, Ojha expects potential listing gains of over 30%, subject to prevailing market sentiment and demand on the listing day. He advised investors focused on long-term wealth creation to consider booking partial profits if the stock witnesses a strong debut, while retaining the balance for the long term, given the company’s healthy order book, capacity expansion, growth trajectory and strong return ratios.
